EBS offers world class transaction processing including most major credit cards and Automated Clearing House 'ACH' transactions.   EBS’s offers in-house image-based lockbox, utilizing banking standard processes. EBS’ Web Central is a web-based enterprise customer’s center, where detail account information, payment processing, and reporting is offered.

Customers can view real time data online, at EBS’ dedicated energy conservation website. Customers have the option of paying by check, making credit card payments online, or setting up a monthly automated payment of their outstanding balance. Clients are also given full access to resident account information to review billing and payment history online, in real time.
