Since 1992, Energy Billing Service “EBS”, has promoted the wise use & conservation of our natural resources through personal responsibility. Our innovative programs have given residents and owners the opportunity to reduce the amount of energy, water, sewer and trash they use, at the same time benefiting from the resulting reduced cost.
Conservation of our natural resources is often equated with restrictions of energy use, water, or access. True conservation is a commitment to the efficient management of how we use natural resources in our daily lives. Education about our resources, conservation methods, planning and accountability are to achieve an efficient balance between our daily lives and the environment.
